Another busy day...more contacts for VBS

A busy day here in Sault Ste. Marie. We left our accommodations this morning on schedule, had breakfast, and enjoyed visiting this morning and got several more contacts for VBS. We are having a great time together and things seem to be running smoothly. The teens seem to be in good spirits and enjoying ministering up here and getting to know the teens from this church. I have been proud of how well they have worked together.

During the afternoon we took a visit to the Sault Ste. Marie Boat locks and took through some trails on the other side of the locks. Sometimes these casual times can be more memorable than some of the expensive things that we pay to do.

VBS was busy tonight. We had more kids again (48 was the official count) and we seemed to find a few "rough ones". It was crazy at a few moments, but it was exciting to see 2 more children trust Christ as their Saviour. Both of they were excited and encouraged to be able to be given this opportunity. I know for one it was their first opportunity to lead someone to Christ. Those experiences will last for eternity... Not only for the person that was saved, but for the person who was able to lead them to the Lord.

Please continue to pray for us. We are excited about what God is doing...but I know everyone is beginning to get tired. We still have a few days of ministry here and I am praying that it will be the most fruitful.

Trusting for your prayers, Pastor Eagles
